Gifting Strategy

Turn business gifting into a relationship strategy.

Most companies do not need to send more gifts. They need a clearer reason for what they send, who receives it, when it arrives, and what it is meant to support.

I offer gifting strategy in two ways: Gifting Strategy Development, where I build the strategy for you based on the relationships you want to strengthen, the goals gifting needs to support, and the moments where it can make the greatest difference, and Gifting Strategy Workshop, where I guide business owners, professionals, or teams through building the strategy together in real time. Both are built on the Gift Intelligence™ framework.

[ 01 ] / Gifting Strategy Development

When you want the strategy built for you.

For organizations that want a clear, documented gifting strategy developed for them, without needing to build the plan themselves.

Strategy Development

Your Strategy, Developed for You

A complete gifting strategy, designed for how your business actually works.

We begin with a discovery call where I learn about your business, your most important relationships, the goals gifting needs to support, and any gifting you already do today. From there, I identify where gifting can work harder and which moments are most worth building around.

Then I develop a strategy designed for how your business actually works. Depending on the scope, this may include audience priorities, gifting objectives, recommended touchpoints, timing, budget guidance, messaging direction, and implementation notes.

After the strategy has been implemented, we review what worked, identify what needs to change, and make sure the plan remains practical, repeatable, and aligned with your goals.

This can be developed as an organization-wide gifting strategy or as a strategy for a specific initiative, campaign, event, client segment, referral opportunity, onboarding experience, recognition program, or relationship-building goal.

What you leave with
  • A documented gifting strategy developed for your organization
  • Clear audience priorities and a defined purpose for each recipient group
  • Recommended touchpoints, timing, budget guidance, and messaging direction
  • Implementation notes so the strategy is ready to put into action
  • A follow-up review after implementation

It’s not about spending more. It’s about making every gift carry a clear reason.

[ 02 ] / Gifting Strategy Workshop

When you want to work through the strategy live.

A live, guided workshop for business owners, professionals, and teams that want to make the strategic decisions together and leave with a plan they understand how to use.

Signature Workshop

Your Strategy, Built in the Room

During the session, I guide participants through the choices behind stronger business gifting, including who to prioritize, what each gift should support, where gifting fits into the larger relationship experience, and how timing, budget, message, and follow-through work together.

Rather than leaving with ideas to figure out later, participants work through the strategy during the session. The goal is to leave with clearer priorities, stronger alignment, and a practical direction your organization can continue to use.

The workshop can focus on an organization-wide gifting strategy or a specific initiative, such as an event, client appreciation campaign, referral strategy, onboarding experience, renewal touchpoint, internal recognition program, or high-value client segment.

What participants leave with
  • Clearer priorities for which relationships deserve the most attention
  • A gifting strategy organized around business and relationship goals
  • Decisions on what to send, when to send it, and why it matters
  • Stronger alignment across everyone in the room
  • A practical direction the organization can continue to use
[ 03 ] / The Framework Behind It
Gift Intelligence

The framework behind the strategy.

Gift Intelligence™ is my framework for using business gifting to support retention, referrals, loyalty, recognition, and long-term relationship value. It brings structure to the decisions behind who receives gifts, when they are sent, what they say, and what they are meant to support.
